I’m Michael Santos with Timeshare Compliance. As I’ve mentioned previously, I believe in the work ethic of my partners so much, I invested alongside them to form this company. The team’s professionalism, along with its commitment to customer service and excellence makes me proud to serve as their spokesperson.
Unfortunately, many scammers masquerade as being able to assist people who want to get rid of their timeshares. They lack the integrity of the professionals at Timeshare Compliance.
For example, today I read two news stories reporting on people on their way to prison for their role in committing timeshare fraud.
The Department of Justice reported that the conspirators employed people to make unsolicited calls to timeshare owners. The telemarketers fed the owners with lies about having buyers waiting to purchase the timeshares. They urged the owners to pay a fee that would allow them to “list” the timeshares. The conspirators created fake businesses and used fraudulent addresses to collect funds.
Another article reported a scam in Orlando with similar behavior, of people claiming to sell timeshares.
What I like about Timeshare Compliance is the commitment to transparency. They do not cold-call timeshare owners. Further, throughout all of their documentation, they indicate that they do not pretend to sell timeshares, donate timeshares, or rent timeshares. In fact, they give away their entire process with the Timeshare Compliance Manual.
Anyone who wants to learn about how the professionals at Timeshare Compliance serve clients who want to cancel timeshare contracts can access the free copy of the Timeshare Compliance Manual.
Or call 1-800-705-6856 for more information. I stake my name and reputation on their integrity.
